Enrollment & Mentoring Specialist
Do you want to make a lasting difference in the life of a child? Big Brothers Big Sisters is seeking a dedicated Enrollment & Mentoring Specialist to help create and support life-changing mentoring relationships.
In this role, you will recruit, screen, enroll, match, and support volunteers, children, and families while ensuring child safety and promoting positive youth outcomes. You will guide participants through the mentoring process, provide ongoing match support, and help mentoring relationships thrive.
As an ambassador for the BBBS mission, you will build relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to recruit volunteers and connect more youth with caring adult mentors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social services, human resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and/or professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience working with youth, families, volunteers, or community programs preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
