Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland invites you to experience the magic of the season at the 2025 Holiday Tour of Homes, November 20–22 in Dakota Dunes.

This cherished tradition does more than showcase beautifully decorated homes—it fuels our mission of providing life-changing mentorship for local youth.

Over the past two years, the expenses of organizing this beloved event have risen significantly. To help offset these costs and ensure its continued success, ticket prices have been adjusted. We hope you’ll remember that the Holiday Tour of Homes is not only a festive community celebration—it is also one of our most vital fundraisers.

Every dollar raised helps Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland provide mentoring services completely free of charge to the families we serve. Your ticket purchase directly supports hundreds of children across Siouxland who are in need of guidance, encouragement, and a positive role model.

When you attend, you’re not just enjoying the beauty of the holidays—you’re investing in the future of our community’s children and helping us build stronger, more connected communities through the power of mentorship.

A few things to know before your tour:

• Please arrive at the Holiday Inn located at 885 Cottonwood Lane at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
• Tours may last up to 3 hours.
• Be prepared to walk inside and outside.
• Be prepared to navigate steps.
• You will be asked to remove your shoes upon entering the home or be asked to wear booties over your shoes.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the homes.
• Photos and videos ARE permitted to be taken in the homes. Please share the fun you are having on the tour!
• Children must be at least 10 years old to take the tour.
• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• In case of inclement weather, tour schedules may be adjusted. You will be notified by email or phone.

Volunteers Needed!

We need you! Please consider volunteering as a Home Host, Tour Guide or help at the check-in location. Training for all volunteers will take place Tuesday, November 12th at 12:30 or 5:30 in the boardroom at Thompson Solutions located at 2300 7th Street, Sioux City (behind McDonalds).
